Senator McCain has scored one of the biggest prizes of the night with a winner-take-all victory in the State of New York.  87 delegates will be bound to vote for McCain at the Republican National Convention. 

The punditry is already spinning that McCain is “winning in states where Republicans don’t win in the general election”, proving that the general election has already started.  Not much talk - except from McCain folks - that McCain’s candidacy would expand the map for Republicans across the nation.
