Chris - You are incredibly wrong. John McCain is a fraud. I will not vote for him and judging by the cheers that Ron Paul got at CPAC today it looks like I am in very good company.

Ron Paul said, "we do not spread our goodness through the barrel of a gun". I agree and apparently so do many of our military (In the 4th Quarter Paul has garnered the most military donations than all other candidates combined!)
Bin Laden and his ilk are just standing by waiting until we are totally bankrupt and this is precisely why we need a new foreign policy and a new way to deal with this terrorist threat. McCain will absolutely be doing Bin Laden's bidding.
It reminds me of the strategy that Russia had with Germany - making them march into their country until they were tired and starving and without supplies, made weak and finally defeated. We are being drawn into a never ending costly conflict based on fear, and McCain will continue this policy. No one disputes that terrorism is real and a threat - but weakening our military and bankrupting this country by fighting terrorists on their terms is only going to help them and hurt us.

In the end if Republicans want McCain so badly - they can have him - but he is no Republican and I am thoroughly disgusted by what I am seeing the media do to get McCain elected.

McCain will institute a draft.
He'll raise taxes to fight more wars and expand social programs.
He'll let illegals all circumvent citizenship.
He'll continue to curb our liberties.
Hardly Conservative.
He'll be an awful president and will further the demise of the Republican party. Hasn't Bush done enough damage?

Chris- you are so wrong. He doesn't have the support of the conservative side of the country. I think the party has disgraced itself. I think the party did a grave injustice to it's followers.
John McCain doesn't represent me. He represents illiegal aliens a lot more than me. He doesn't respect the powers of the President (the gang of 14)He doesn't respect the 1st amendment(McCain Feingold) I can go on and on. This guy isn't a Republican - he is a Rino ( Republican in name only) and all those who voted for him should be ashamed of themselves. ( including Gov. and fellow Rino R. Jodi Smell. )
