Rell may not have been surprised to learn the Faith Based Initiative sent $234 million to CT, but was she disgusted? Because I am. I look at the billions in that list and I see the government confiscating wealth and redistributing it however some bureaucrat sees fit instead of allowing the people, through the free market, decide which programs should be funded and which not. I still can't decide which program is President Bush's worst disaster: the Faith Based Initiative, No Child Left Behind, the Prescription Drug Benefit, his attempted crackdown on the 2nd Amendment, his international interventionism, his open borders policy, his push for expanding unfair trade deals, his complete disregard of all privacy laws, his more than $1 trillion expansion of the federal government... the list is endless. Let's face it: except for cutting taxes he's just a Democrat with an "R" next to his name. And it doesn't matter if McCain, Clinton, or Obama replaces him because they're all worse. Gov.
