U.S. Congressman Christopher Shays – New England’s Republican Congressman – has a new websiteup this week for those of you travelling the “series of tubes” that is the Internet. It’s a splashy new thing, with big bright pictures, YouTube, Facebook – all the hot things that the kids are talking about these days.
