Since its inception, one of our goals for “The Everyday Republican” was to bring back to the CT blogosphere some of the best content from conservative-to-moderate blogs across the nation.  We’ve regularly featured content from an array of sources, such as RedState (www.redstate.com), ElectionJournal.org (www.electionjournal.org), and from our ’national service bureau’ at the Republican National Committee (www.gop.com/blog).  Perhaps the next “big thing” in right-minded blogs is The Next Right.

Dedicated to turning online interaction into offline action, The Next Right fills a key niche in conservative blogging that has been heretofore not properly filled.  Liberals have used the Internet very effectively in recent years, turning it into a cash cow for Howard Dean and Barack Obama, as well as a message testing center for the Democratic Party.  It behooves Republicans to take note of these developments and counter them with our own properly-tailored structures.

Judging by their strong first day, The Next Right seems primed for a bright future.  CTGOP is proud to have sponsored an advertisement on the blog in support of this worthy project, and we are looking forward to its success.
